Buyers may return eligible Artwork within 48 hours of receiving the Artwork, provided that the Artwork is in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact by email, providing the following information:
- Reason for return
- Photos or other documentation to support the return request
We will review the return request and, if approved, provide the Buyer with instructions for returning the Artwork.
The Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Upon receipt of the returned Artwork, the Artwork will get inspected to ensure that it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the Artwork is eligible for a refund, the refund will process within 15 days after receiving and inspecting the returned Artwork.
If the Artwork is accidentally damaged during shipping, the Buyer must reach out within 24 hours of receiving the damaged Artwork. Upon receiving the damage report, we will investigate the claim and determine the cause of the damage. If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping, We will offer you a full refund.
Our company reserves the right to modify or update the Platform, policies, or terms of service at any time.
